Can you help me plan a vacation budget to Cuba?

I have to make a vacation budget for school. I took a shortcut and planed a vacation to Villa Cuba, an all-inclusive resort I have already been to.
Can you help me find things I should include in my budget?

    if its all inclusive then your set on food…
    what about outside of the resort activities such as tours?
    Transportation to and from airport (in cuba and at home)?
    Transportation to off site activities?
    day snacks/drinks when off site?
    tips for hotel staff?
    Thats all I can think of….

    airport transfers

    day trips
    souviners

    all inclusive vacations

    definitely take money to help feed the fellow Cubans down there. bring some medicines to combat some simple headaches. as you know they are lacking of precious necessities such as food, clothing, medicines, and a decent place to sleep.
