I live in San Diego and I know all about Mexico. You and your girlfriend must have a death wish to die at the age of 16??? Did you know that Mexico is worse than Iraq right now. I suggest you and your girlfriend stay in the U.S and make a run for the border instead (Taco Bell).

As long as you have your parents permission I think it would be okay. But I don’t see why you guys would want to travel that far being that young with out an adult. I think you should stick to somewhere here in the states for now. Then maybe when you guys turn 18 you guys can head to Mexico.

MEXICO IS NOT AS BAD AS IT SEEMS (in regards to the first answer).
The legal age in Mexico is 18, so if you went while you were 16, you would still be considered a child. That way, if you went when you were 18, all your decisions would be taken into account. (not to mention you could legally drink over there too
)

all inclusive vacations
No all-inclusive (and probably not any other hotel either) will accept reservations from 16-yr-olds traveling without adults. In fact, most places won’t even accept college-aged guests without someone over 25 in the room. Get your parents to travel with you and you’ll be fine. Or come back when you’re grown up.
