Where are the best honeymoon resorts for surfers?

My husband is an intermediate surfer (he likes waves about 6-10 feet) and he just loves to surf. We want luxury on our honeymoon. White sands. Light blue ocean. All-inclusive, if possible. And not Hawaii, as he has been there many, many times before. Any ideas?

Biarritz, France is a beautiful town with nice surf breaks all around. It’s on the Atlantic side of France just north of the Spanish border. You can travel to Spain for lunch and more good surf.

I know you said not Hawaii ;-( But if you did, the Turtle Bay Resort sounds perfect for you two. The North Shore and a gborgeous newly remodeled property.
